Having recently moved from tenants to owners of Black Bank Business Centre, we are excited to put our tenants at the heart of everything we do. Our goal is to provide a well-managed, professional, and supportive environment where businesses can not only operate, but truly thrive.

We are committed to continued investment in the site, further enhancing facilities, and adapting our services to meet the evolving needs of our tenants. By building strong relationships and maintaining the highest standards, we want Black Bank Business Centre to remain a trusted, valued base for businesses of all sizes, both now and in the future.

Owners Christopher Neaves and Stephen Burling bring with them over 50 years of combined business experience. In 2020, they founded CB6 Developments, a locally based construction company. Drawing on their background in running and supporting small to medium-sized enterprises, Chris and Steve have since taken on the management of Black Bank Business Centre, continuing its growth as a trusted hub for local businesses.

Both Chris and Steve live locally and are committed to investing in the area they call home, building strong connections with the community as well as with the businesses they support.
